GUESS AND WIN A BBQ PROMOTION
The number of entries with the guessable weight continues to increase. In the meantime, 350 people have already attempted to guess the correct weight. And now that we also communicate the promotion on our Knabbelspek packaging, the number of entries, we expect, will increase enormously. The exact correct weight has not yet been guessed, but a number of entries came pretty close.
But we still hold the tension. Everyone can still participate until November 1, 2022. Then the correct weight and the winner of the BBQ will be announced.
WILTHAGEN IS GOING TO TREAT
Krabbendijke and Tholen are two important places in the history of Wilthagen. It all started in Krabbendijke in 1972 and the company moved to Tholen in 1996. We owe our successful start and growth to everyone in Krabbendijke and Tholen, where we were welcomed with open arms. That is why we are going to treat in both places. We will be handing out Knabbelspek and prawn crackers in Krabbendijke on July 6th and in Tholen on July 13 and July 20.
A STORY FROM THE MAGAZINE HIGHLIGHTED
Three generations of Wilthagen: 50 years together.
And it is a special story too. A story in which the proud Adrie and Paulien Wilthagen tell about how they started the butcher shop and have grown into a beautiful production company with the help of their two enterprising sons. Adrie handed over the company to Marcel and Frank 15 years ago. It is also a story about hard work and two brothers who made bold decisions at the right time. And about two grandsons who have entered the company, of which Grandpa and Grandma are of course extremely proud. Read it all on page 10 of our Magazine SAMEN.
FREE TICKETS TO PLMA 2022
On May 31st and June 1st, 2022, PLMA 2022 will showcase more than 2,000 exhibiting companies, including nearly 60 national and regional pavilions.
In the past two years it was not possible for the PLMA to organize the international trade fair World of Private label, but this year the fair will again be held in the RAI Exhibition Center in Amsterdam and the sales team of Wilthagen BV from Tholen will be there.
On both days, Wilthagen can be found in the Europahal at stand number F-5492. There we will present our two new vegan crackers, our ASC certified salmon and MSC certified sweet chili crackers.

MAY 3rd, 2022 WAS AN EXTRA FESTIVE DAY
Last May 3rd was an extra festive day in our anniversary year. On this day it was exactly 50 years ago in 1972 that Adrie Wilthagen and his wife Paulien opened their butcher shop in Krabbendijke. Of course, their two sons Frank and Marcel did not overlook this and had a delicious cake delivered to the company, which was enjoyed by all colleagues.
WILTHAGEN OPEN DAY ON MAY 20th 2022
Friday May 20th we will celebrate our anniversary ‘50 Years Together Wilthagen’ with all our relations. You are cordially invited to come and celebrate with us from 13.00 to 18.00 at our production facility in Tholen. We have already sent the invites to all of you. In the unlikely event that you have not received an invitation, you are still cordially invited.

ERROR-FREE ORDER PROCESSING
We would like to introduce you to Gerard and Dennis. They are our backbone when it comes to order handling. Gerard has been working with us for 21 years and Dennis since 2016. Gerard and Dennis process the orders from ourcustomers that come in. When the orders are received, usually via EDI, the orders are already in the system,but orders are also received by e-mail. These mail orders are added to the system.The orders are picked the day before dispatch and prepared with all stickers
and papers, often customer specific. The orders are collected by our carrier and delivered to the customer the next day. They always go for 100% error-free order processing, and it is very rare that this does not happen. We realize how much our customers value the proper handling of their order. Correct and on time delivery is a must. They must be able to rely on us, on Gerard and Dennis.
